Yes! Most of my programs can be done right at home with minimal equipment. Some strength focused programs may require dumbbells or kettlebells. Be sure to check the information on required equipment before purchasing a program so you’re ready to go from day one.

No problem! When you start the program, choose the workout days that fit your schedule. If something comes up, just go to your workout dashboard, tap the three dots, and move or delete that session. You can also pause, restart, or reset your program anytime in the overview tab.

After purchase, you’ll get an email invitation with a link to download the PROFORMANCE app. You can also find it in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
New customers: Use the link in your email to create your account and your program will appear in the app.
Existing customers: Your new program will automatically show up in your app, no extra email needed.
